Carly Kruse

Carly joined the firm as an associate in 2019 and a partner in 2022. Carly’s practice focuses primarily on civil litigation, including real estate disputes, business disputes, and will & trust disputes.

Carly returned home to Oregon after graduating from Vermont Law School in 2008. Before moving to Southern Oregon, Carly worked as a judicial extern for the Honorable Virginia L. Linder of the Oregon Supreme Court. Carly then practiced law for almost 10 years on the Southern Oregon Coast, serving as deputy district attorney, an associate handling family law and other civil matters, and as the in-house counsel for a health care provider.

When Carly is not assisting clients, Carly spends her free time running, hiking, camping, and rooting for the Portland Timbers and Portland Thorns.
